Arc
Arc is the main platform we have in Pair Team and it's composed by multiple services. It's used to:
- Interact with patients: used by the Care Team to outreach patients, enroll them in ECM and track their care plans.
- Ingest data: has automations to ingest data from health plans and HIes, send reports, etc
- Integrate with 3rd parties: Twilio (comms), Strati (claims), Elation (electronic health record) etc
- Docs: mostly live in this subfolder of the main Github project
The Arc API is moving to a scalable monolith model structured into modules, but a lot of features still live within the main app folder per a traditional RoR project.
