  4. Execute one small piece

Day 4-5: Scale Up​

  1. Try a medium-sized task
  2. Practice context management
  3. Share your experience with the team

Week 2+: Build Skills​

  • Challenge yourself with complete features
  • Learn when AI is struggling vs succeeding
  • Help other team members get started

This feels awkward at first. Task sizing and prompt crafting are skills that need practice.
